Meals will be non-dairy vegan/natural cuisine and organic whenever possible. Fresh fish will be served on request and the regular vegetarian and standard fare are optional on request. Non-dairy and sugar-free beverages will be served and available in the ship's store. Desserts will be sugar and dairy-free and prepared by their own pastry chefs.

Ports of Call are Ft. Lauderdale, Key West, Cozumel, Grand Caymen, and Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
